“Collect memories, not things.”
We’ve learned that it’s not what we have in life, but it’s who we have in our lives that matter. At Grills Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar we are working hard to create an enjoyable community atmosphere throughout November & December. So far this season we have received reservations for work parties, Christmas parties, family get-togethers, birthdays, retirement parties and a number of other special events. We love that our community is getting together to enjoy each other. Grills is honored to host these special events for you. We will do our best to make sure you are greeted with enthusiasm, served quickly and treated with care.
We have made some simple, smart and sustainable commitments to our community this year.
Locally sourced seafood
Whenever and wherever possible we use seafood from our local commercial fishermen.
Our produce supplier is located 5 miles from our Melbourne Riverside location and 17 miles from our Port Canaveral location.
The Lion Fish and a number of our other famous dishes are sourced from 10 to 25 miles miles offshore out of the Port Canaveral location.
The Lion Fish is an invasive species and taking them off the reefs allows native species to thrive at healthy levels.
We use wild caught and chemical free seafood’s. These items are prepared with a great deal of care to reduce waste.
Natural ingredients/minimally processed food
Our marinades, soups and sauces are made every morning from fresh ingredients, our meats are not frozen and artisan cuts are made in house. The Coconut rice is made with Organic Virgin Coconut oil (Eco-Sert SA, USDA Organic)
Healthful kids’ meals
The Kid Fish option is grilled fish with wild rice and steamed vegetables. Our FroYo contains live active cultures to aid in maintaining a healthy digestive system.
From the exciting new Shrimp Cuban Sandwich & Fish Tacos to the seasonings we put on our French fries. We combine and create these exciting flavors in house from original “Grills” style recipes.
